Fenon Records has since become a successful events company, employing several youths and promoting artists like the Blu*3s, Vamos 256, and Warafiki Galz.

In 2023, Steve Jean worked with singer Vamos 256, but the two fell out, and Vamos 256 has not been heard from since. Before working with Vamos 256, Steven Jean long ago worked with the Blu3* girl singing group that had Cindy Sanyu, Lilian Mbabazi, and Jackie Chandiru.

The group would later split and each took a solo career until lately when the trio united and is expected to hold a concert mid this very month at Kampala Sheraton Hotel.

On taking the tough decision to sell off his house in Bunga, Steve Jean told his close friend Jenkins Mukasa to do the same and he declined to take the risky decision and later became an employee of the former.

According to Jenkins, he planned to establish a small events company that would cater for birthday parties, graduations, and weddings, among other small events and thus they headed to China for shopping.

Since Steve Jean was more dedicated to what he wanted to have, his dream was to establish a big events company in the land and he dearly succeeded in doing so and that is why Fenon is one of the biggest events houses in Kampala, Uganda second to none.

Several individuals have also invested in events companies and have tried to put competition against Fenon and Skill events creating a health competition and improvement in strategies.
