Catherine Kusasira, a former Eagles Production singer, has recently shared a positive update on her health status.
She states that she is now doing well after seeking specialized treatment for respiratory complications overseas.
Earlier in the year, she often checked into different hospitals including Nakasero for treatment when she was told that she had a lot of fat affected her respiratory system.
She would always find difficulties in breathing and sometimes she would be put on oxygen.
However, all that is now done and gone since she can breathe on her own without the need to be aided by machines.
She has also announced her intention to contest as the Buikwe Woman MP in the 2026 general elections, aiming to oust NRM’s Hon. Mutasingwa Diana Kagyenyi.
Kusasira has promised to tackle the challenges hindering the progress of the locals if elected.
The “Nkola Ya Taxi” further added that she cut ties with everyone who wasn’t there for her in time she needed help and assistance.
She performed at singer Hajji Haruna Mubiru’s recently concluded show that was held at Kampala Serena Hotel the past weekend.
After putting on a lit performance, she announced that she plans to stage a concert come 2025 if all her plans move as accordingly.
