Bobi Wine and his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi with deep sorrow and heavy hearts announce the passing of their granny, Mzee Ernest Nvunganyi.
The aged Mzee Nvunganyi breathed his last on Wednesday afternoon peacefully while in his sleep.

“I regret to announce the passing of my grandfather-inlaw, Mzee Ernest Nvunganyi of Rukanda, Rwentobo-Ntungamo District. May the almighty God receive his gentle soul”, Bobi Wine wrote on his social media channels.
Barbie Kyagulanyi also added that her granny was her close friend and look-alike.
“It is with deepest sorrow that I announce the passing of my Jaja, my friend, my look alike. He passed peacefully in his sleep this afternoon. Burial will be on Wednesday 21st August at his home in Rukanda, Rwentobo, Ntungamo district”, -Barbie Kyagulanyi.
More updates regarding the burial will be shared by the couple shortly when everything is confirmed.
Mzee Nvuganyi’s cause of death has not been disclosed by the couple.
He is believed to have passed away at around the age of 90.
