“whoever has an opportunity to study, should go back to school and study. I want you to gain those skills and knowledge for your use in the future. I know you may not like it now, but trust me you will thank me later. I don’t want to lead people who are not knowledgeable and skilled,” he commented.
” When I become the president, I will ask for your qualifications before giving you a job. Even my footsoldiers need to study not to spend most of the time in the struggle. You should go back to school or join the army and police to get those skills for a better future,” he added.
Bobi Wine graduated with a bachelor of law a week ago from Cavendish University where he had spent years studying relentlessly.
