Buchaman: I’ve gone over a year without meeting President Museveni

Buchaman, the Presidential Envoy on Ghetto Affairs, has vented out his frustration at being blocked from accessing President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

Born Mark Bugembe a.k.a Buchaman has since issued an ultimatum to the individuals blocking him, giving them a few days to permit him to meet the president.

He has also threatened to do something ridiculous if he is not permitted to meet the President.

Further, he also questioned why a person of his stature who was appointed as a presidential advisor could not access the president, which he termed as ‘unfair’.

“I have gone a long time without meeting the President. I only receive my monthly salary,” Buchaman said, adding that he wants to update the President on his activities and discuss the challenges he faces while executing his duties.

Buchaman also pointed out that Museveni has many unfulfilled promises to the ghetto youth.

“Many people have approached me, demanding the President’s promises made during the campaigns be fulfilled, and I have no answers,” he said. He has vowed to use every means possible to meet the President soon.

Formerly a member of the Firebase crew music camp, Buchaman ditched Bobi Wine and joined NRM something that caused a rift between him and Bobi.

Ever since then, his life has taken a different turn. He has often been in the media complaining about not being able to meet the fountain of honor.
