NUP MOBILISER MURDERD FROM WATCHING A FOOTBALL GAME

The opposition political party National Unity Platform is mourning the sudden death of their comrade and chairperson of the mobilisation team in Kaabong District, Lochote Ambrose Machete.

It is alleged Lochote was trailed by assailants on his way home from watching a football match and was arrested. The assailants later shot him dead at close range.

They carried his body and dumped it at the mortuary helplessly.

However, this is not the first time NUP supporters have been attacked and some are abducted to the extent of disappearing without a trace.

NUP party president Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has come out several times and condemned the bad acts of their oppressor for carrying out such activities that are against human rights.

Many of his members have been detained and others have faced injustices and lost their properties for being supporters of the party.
