Mark Mukunja, a media personality, announced the passing of his father, Mr. Charles Senkungu.
He shared the sad news early on a Monday morning through his social media accounts.
The cause of his father’s death has not been disclosed since the public did not learn whether his dad had been struggling with any ailments.
Mukunja’s followers have expressed their condolences in the comment section of his social media handles.
The funeral arrangements have not been announced yet as we wait for the official announcement from the radio and TV personality.
For those who have been ardent followers of Mukunja pretty understand that he has been in the media for over 15 years now.
He is one of the long-term serving presenters on Kisementi-based Beat FM where he has worked since the early 2000s.

Unlike other media personalities who have fled the country in search of greener pastures in the Western world, Mukunja has remained true to serving the Uganda media.
He has kept his chin up as it is quite hard to hear him involved in any scandals for the time he has been active in the media.
His name is clean and holds a reputable mark on the scene.
Most of his colleagues have appeared in several scandals but it is quite hard to note at least one moment where he had been at the center of any controversy.
