Former presidential candidate Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has expressed his gratitude to the producers of his documentary film, “BOBI WINE THE PEOPLES PRESIDENT” Moses Bwayo, Christopher Sharp, and the National Geographical Documentary Films team.
He thanked them for their dedication, hard work, and sacrifice while filming the documentary.
Despite coming second after 20 DAYS IN MARRIPOUL, he was impressed by the achievements they have managed to get including winning highly recognizable awards.
The documentary has also been able to tell the Ugandan story to millions of people and across continents.

The film depicts the hard and terrible journey he went through while contesting for the office of the president.
However, he recognizes that the film has managed to win him some friends and enemies as well.
The Oscars are some of the most respected and recognizable movie awards known worldwide. They were started way back in 1929 May 16 at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in the USA.
Bobi Wine’s Biography;
Bobi Wine is a Ugandan politician, singer, and actor. He is a former Member of Parliament for Kyadondo County East constituency in Wakiso District, in Uganda’s Central Region. He also leads the National Unity Platform political party.
He has been a musician for close to more than 15 years since he started his music career at the tender age of about 15. He has churned out songs that include Kagoma, Bada, Kiwaani, Ghetto, Mazzi Mawanvu, Maama Wa’baana, Kikomando, Aidah, and Size Yo just to mention a few.
