Cricket Cranes fall to West Indies in the T20 World Cup series.

The long-awaited dream of transiting to the next stage in the T20 cricket World Cup series was cut short as co-hosts West Indies managed to outplay the Uganda cricket cranes by 134 runs.

The event currently ongoing, is hosted by the USA and West Indies as the world’s best cricket teams tussle out to win the competition.

Despite an early fall in their first game against Afghanistan, the cricket cranes managed to get a win over Papua New Guinea. The cricket cranes won by three wickets thanks to the great efforts of Frank Nsubuga and Riazat Ali Shah’s knock 33(55) performances which helped the team to record their first-ever T20 win.

Frank Nsubuga also made a world record for the bowled most economical 4-over spell in T20 World Cup history. The Ugandan hailing from Mbale, has been on the team since 1997 with great performance all over his career.
