The Uganda Cranes ambassador and dancehall artist Moses Ssali also known as Bebe Cool paid a curtorsey call to the Cranes during a warm-up session before their home game match against opponents Botswana at Namboole.

This was aimed to boost the morale of the boys in the camp ahead of the clash in the qualifying match at Namboole.

The artist also made a casual tour around the newly refurbished stadium and was equally amazed by the ongoing works of the Uganda People’s Defence Engineering Brigade (UPDFE) which was constructed to improve on the stadium.

According to his expression, everything was intact and of great standard. He later called upon Ugandans to come in huge numbers and support their team while playing against Botswana.

However, Bebe Cool also took the moment to express his disappointment in the Crane’s technical team for not including his son Alpha Ssali in the team.

The young midfielder, who plays for local club Express Football Club has tried to impress on several occasions including scoring for the team in the local league.

Bebe Cool was seen trying to influence the newly chosen Cranes head coach Paul Put to think about giving a chance to his son to also feature on the national team.

In a similar move to boost the morale of the players, the speaker of parliament Honorable Anet Anitta Among visited the camp a few days ago and rewarded the team with fifty million Uganda shillings to help in preparation.

This was to show the government’s full support to the team and the entire sports sector.
