According to Weasel, promoter Norbat of Norbat Events has been dodging to pay him on several occasions after the show. It’s been two weeks but nothing like a penny has been disbursed to him.

Something that he can no longer stand given the responsibilities as a father and someone who has dreams to fulfill.

“Two weeks have passed since the “Memories of Goodlyfe” concert, and we feel it’s essential to share the truth about the funds collected. Our fans deserve transparency and accountability. Unfortunately, we have encountered unprofessional promoters who are taking advantage of artists, despite signed contracts.

This is unacceptable, and we won’t tolerate it. I am willing to take a stand, even if it means being bold and assertive. I will fight for my intellectual property, creativity and hard work. We will ensure that these promoters fulfill their obligations and pay what is owed to us,” Weasel stated.

To add to that , the singer also hinted that he is ready to face the law and go to jail if that is the price to pay for his works.

“I’m prepared to face any consquences, even if it means legal action. Our fans , please know that I’m that we are commited to protecting our rights and the value of our work. Am ready to go behind bars for my music , work, sweat and pain if that is what it takes.” he added.
